Georgia Does What Tech Can't...

Beat Wake Forest! Georgia won 87-86 at Wake Forest last night. This is a huge win for Felton and company. Winning on the road against an ACC team looks really good on your resume come March. But lets not get too far ahead of ourselves. This team really needs to improve on free throw shooting. We were only 7 of 17 from the foul line. If they make their free throws, maybe its not such a nail biter. However, winning the game like this has got to do a lot for this team. After having a late game collapse against Western Kentucky at home, finishing the drill (can I say that here?) against Wake is a marked improvement. Its really a shame this game wasn't on television. I listened on the radio, and I really wish I was able to see Mike Mercer's behind the back pass that was followed by an Albert Jackson dunk. Scott Howard went crazy on the radio, so it must have been nice. I'm hoping they'll have it on the Dennis Felton show, whenever that starts coming on.
