If you are like me and can't wait until February to get your LOST fix, you should check out Nik at Nite. There is some great discussion on there about what is going on with the island. And don't worry, Nikki Stafford who writes the blog doesn't believe in spoilers. By that I mean she won't post leaks that give away what is going to happen. So you should be safe reading the blog so long as you are caught up on all of the episodes.
If you don't watch LOST, then you can ignore this.
