More Bad News: Former Back McLee Dies

Kevin McLee, a running back for Georgia in the 70's, died of a stroke on Sunday. McLee rushed for 2,581 yards during his Georgia career. That was enough to be atop the career rushing record book when he left Georgia.

You may recall that McLee's son, Kevin "Boo" McLee, played against Georgia in the Sugar Bowl a few year's back as a linebacker for West Virginia. The Athens Banner Herald had an article about it.

It's terrible to lose someone at such a young age. McLee was only 52. My thoughts are with his family.
