Paul Oliver is on the Bednarik Watch List?

I was incredibly confused when I saw this headline on OnlineAthens.com this morning.

Lumpkin, Oliver, Owens on watch lists

I figured it was a typo. But no, sure enough this was in the article...

Cornerback Paul Oliver also is listed as one of 65 on the Bednarik watch list, but he is entering the NFL supplemental draft after being declared academically ineligible.

What is up with that? I'm really hoping it is because people had to put in their votes for the list prior to Oliver being declared ineligible. If not, it really makes me question the validity of these watch lists.
