I apologize, but I left two names off the NFL cut list I provided earlier this week. The Seahawks released David Greene. Also, the Rams released Fred Gibson.
Neither of these should come as a surprise. Greene may get picked up somewhere, and hopefully he'll fit in better with that team's scheme. I'm worried though that Gibson's career is over.
Unfortunately you can add Greg Blue to that list as well - he got cut by the Vikings. That shocked the hell out of me. I haven't checked, but am hoping & assuming he's been picked up by someone by now.

Jermaine Wiggins - cut by the Jags
*Update*: just checked and saw where Dennis Roland has been placed on TB's practice squad. Danny Ware is on the Jets practice squad now too.

Strange trend for former Dawgs...you're right, very sad & baffling to me.
