Fabrice Santoro sent John Isner packing with a straight set victory (6-2, 6-2, 6-4). I suppose the match went how most expected it would, but not as I would have hoped. Santoro is ranked 36th in the world.
It's going to be hard right now for Isner to make an impact in the grand slams outside of the US Open where the crowd isn't in his favor. Hopefully he'll get to play in a lot of tournaments this season just to continue gaining more ATP experience.

teh suxorz. I saw that earlier on espn and hated to read it. I hope he does well at the US Open. I loved following his play last season & wish him success. DGD.
