Michael Lemon was arrested for getting in a fight of some sort. The arrests of Trinton Sturdivant and Justin Anderson stemmed from an incident separate from Lemon's. The ABH has a more detailed story up on Anderson and Sturdivant's arrests.
In separate affidivats, it is alleged that Sturdivant and Anderson each "did intentionally make physical contact of an insulting nature with (the alleged victim), who he does not know, when he approached her and touched her stomach."I'm guessing we'll hear more about this in the future. At least no one jumped out of a closet though...
If bad things come in "threes", maybe this is the end of the malfeasance trifecta. At least, I'm hoping it is...but there's a helluva lot of long, hot summer days left before practice begins.
ReplyDeleteI've forgotten what it's like to be 19 or 20 years old, but I think I would get the message that my head coach will not tolerate negative off the field behavior. Lock yourself up in an apartment and have a party - stay out of sight of the LAW. You guys are hurting your entire team when you get suspended. After you work your rear end off all year, why do anything to cut playing time? Oh yea, it's coming back to me: at 19, you don't think you will get caught! NOT!!
