How could this happen? When you start the game on a 15-0 run and you finish the first half up by 15, you should win. I really don't even feel like typing about this. Here's what I'll say. Call it sour grapes if you want, but we got hosed by the refs. The two quick fouls on Bliss early in the second half. A phantom call on Newman. Finally, the obvious walk at the end. I will say Georgia never should have let the game get so close that the refs could affect the outcome. Georgia didn't have a good second half and let Bama get back in the game, but that doesn't excuse the home cooking.
