New Rule at Dunk Contest

I came across this on AJC.com today. Apparently there is a new rule in this year's NBA Slam Dunk Contest.
A new rule is being implemented this season allowing competitors 2 minutes to complete a dunk once they've received the ball from the referee. If they haven't dunked within that time, they will have two more chances to do so.
Seems like this is being thought of as the "Nate Robinson Rule." I prefer to think of it as the "Birdman Rule." Enjoy.
