Bailey breeds pit bulls - AJC
Don't worry, Sean Bailey doesn't have his dogs fight. In fact, hearing about people that do fight their dogs gets Bailey upset.
It really does leave a bad taste in my mouth. If people get to know the dogs, they would understand they are not like this.
If you are interested in buying a pit bull from Sean, you can visit ATLKingPits.com. Check out the pics on there. He's sold dogs to Laila Ali and Chili from TLC.

Long odds on Dogs winning title - AJC
This is Chip Towers' latest blog entry. He talks about the Dawgs having 35 to 1 odds of winning the national title. Deaner, you gonna put anything down on that?

Chip also tells us an article on NaDerris Ward is on the way. This makes sense with the soon to come suspension of Tripp Chandler. I'm looking forward to the article.

Also of note from the blog entry is this...
Word is that Georgia’s tight end woes might not be a major issue this fall. The Bulldogs are set run more three and four wide receiver sets anyway with the improvement of the wideouts and, of course, Matthew Stafford under center.
My initial reaction was, "Now we're going to see Richt running the old FSU offense." But then I remembered, Bobo is the offensive coordinator, not Richt! I'm an ididot. I guesss I'm just still not used to that.

That's hilarious. We beg, scream and holler for an OC...he gets one and we all forget.

  2. We're not gonna be able to block anybody all season.

Why on earth would we run more four-wide sets?

If Stafford is under center, you better have AT LEAST one receiver in the game. Otherwise, he'll won't make it through October.

That's why folks shouldn't get too excited about the Tech wins. We couldn't block Virginia Tech and we sure as hell couldn't block Georgia Tech. In the second half against Virginia Tech, we hit a bunch of big plays when we had field position. In the first half, the offense looked like the walk-on team.

  3. BulldogBry - Isn't that funny? And I've been wanting Bobo as offensive coordinator ever since I found out he was calling the plays in the two minute drill.

Anonymous - Calm down. The sky is not falling. Also, I'm assuming you meant we better have AT LEAST one tight end in the game, rather than receiver.
