Excessively Celebrating the Excessive Celebration

I know a lot of people are upset about the storming of the field after the first touchdown, but I loved it. It is just what our team needed. So, I'm celebrating it...excessively.

Now, go back and watch that video again, and read Mark Richt's lips in the close up that starts with him smiling. He says, "Alright. Let's have some fun in this place." I love it!

  3. Let's keep it going! I found a site with a hilarious bumper sticker. "Honk if you SACKED Tebow!" Wait... I think we did it again right as he got out of class! Go to ebay and search for Tebow Bumper Sticker. Priceless....

  6. So, I've been trying to figure out who the two players were that lead the charge out onto the field? Anybody know? I can't quite make out the numbers in the video...

  7. Anon 5:47...

It looks like it was A.J. Bryant and Brian Figgins who led the team on the field. I'm not sure if it was Figgins, though. It looked like someone with a jersey number in the 80's. It may have been Demiko Goodman or Michael Moore.

I was thinking about this celebration today. I wonder how many other NCAA teams saw that on ESPN and said, "Damn...I wish we would have thought of that!!"

Remember...it's always easier to ask for forgiveness than ask for permission...

  8. I love how they had to switch to the aerial shot to capture the full magnitude of what was going on on the field. Nothing at field level could have done it justice.

Now just THINK what the reception is going to be like when YOUR 10th-ranked Georgia Bulldogs come through that tunnel this Saturday...THAT'S going to personify just what Georgia football is all about.

  10. Ally, yeah that's most likely the board I read. I was just perusing a couple boards here and there to see what Florida fans had to say about the celebration... no way was I about to hop into that war of words, though. Just wondered if ya'll were one and the same.
