In case you were wondering, Mike Mercer is transferring to the University of South Florida. The Bulls are coached by former Kent and Arkansas coach Stan Heath. Hopefully the change of scenery will do Mike some good.
Reading the blog entry linked above is kind of comical though. They talk about Mike as if he is a point guard. I suppose he could be, but I didn't see that out of him in his Georgia days. He's not exactly one to pass the ball...
The comments on the blog are even funnier. People are still talking about the Jim Harrick Jr. exam. I guess that will never go away.
