As I started making the highlight video for the Sugar Bowl, I had an idea. I decided to first make a video depicting just how awful of a night it was for Colt Brennan. To fully grasp how bad it was, you have to first get caught up in the emotion Hawaii had going into the game. Hopefully I've captured the full spectrum of emotions from that night.

Great video. The only way it could have been better would be to show the backup throwing a touchdown and then the clip of Brennan crying on the sidelines.

Am I remembering this right? Wasn't there an option play where Brennan made the pitch and got absolutely TATTOOED? I was hoping to see it in there, but I don't even think Fox showed a replay. I remember thinking it might have been the hardest hit he took all night.

I feel like it was Brandon Miller who made the hit. I'm excited. 1) to test my memory, and 2) to see it again since I only saw the game once.

He took his licks, didn't get much help from his OT's. Never wanted to leave the game. Tough kid, if there was a baptism to cristen someone for the NFL, it was performed by UGA.

ReplyDeleteThe big hit on the option was during the 3rd Quarter. It was one of the best hits of the night. Fox hardly showed replays of any of the hits though.
