Cat-astrophe

After falling behind 20-4 early, Georgia did a tremendous job to get back in the game tonight. However, after pulling within 3 at the 6:27 mark on a three pointer by Yata, Georgia did not score again until there were 12 seconds left in the game. Out. Of. Gas.

Ugh...

  1. This is getting frustrating. I gotta say, though, you have to respect the effort these kids are giving. If losing hurts me this much, and I'm only watching, I can't imagine what the players feel like...but they leave it all on the floor every game.

Where are Auburn and LSU when you need them? We could use a get-well game.

  2. we are just one or two players away from being good... just think what we would be with brown and mercer........

  3. I respect all the hard effort, but just think where we might be with a new coach!!!! Half a decade of mediocrity under Felton's reign is enough. UGA basketball has drifted off into apathy and irrelevance. Sad.

  4. After watching the UGA/LSU game, I would have to agree with the previous anon. Felton seems like a great person he really cares for the team and the community, but after 5 years this team shouln't be this bad. Does anyone have any reason to believe that next year will be better? We lose Sundiata and Bliss who were both having their best years as bulldawgs.

  5. Anon - It's getting harder and harder for me to disagree with that sentiment. I've looked at what the roster will be next year. Could we be better? I say maybe. I'll post on that shortly.
