I am so proud of our guys

I said going into the NCAA tournament that I wouldn't let the results affect how I felt about the SEC tournament. That still holds true. I am so proud of what this team fought through to accomplish.

As far as the Xavier game goes, I really, really thought we had them. The game turned and we weren't able to stop the bleeding like we did in the SEC tournament. I thought we did when Billy Humphrey nailed that 3 during Xavier's run, but that turned out to be the only bucket we got during the run.

But like I started out, you can never take what this team did last week away from them. And like the Deaner said to me, "Man, those banners are going to look weird." Hopefully we'll start to fill those banners up, and these things won't be weird anymore.
