The song may be offensive to some, but I'm not worried about that. I'm pretty sure they played the instrumental without the lyrics, but that's not the point.
The point is this...Playing Soulja Boy in 2008 would be like listening to the Macarena, Kriss Kross, or Who Let the Dogs Out a year late. That song was for last year's team. It's 2008. We don't need any more Soulja Boy.

ReplyDeleteSoulja Boy dying out is fine, but I hope they play something that keeps them as happy, lose & having fun like last season.
ReplyDeleteI could care less what they play or whether our fans like it or not. Its not for the fans anyways - its for the players. And whatever keeps our players happy, motivated, and having fun is a good thing, imo.
For Guitar Hero aficianados I think they should play Lay Down by Priestess, strangely approriate?
