I'm sitting on the couch watching the Mark Richt Show right now. No Bob Costas, I am not in my underwear. At any rate, the show looks completely different. Gone is the theme song from Back to the Future. Gone are the horrible camera angles. Gone is the production quality somewhere between Jefferson Pilot and a High School class project. The show looks professinally done, which it hasn't in the past.
I'll say it looks better and you get more insight from Coach Richt; however, the amount of highlights has been cut back. They no longer show highlights with Richt talking over them. Instead, Richt talks with Chuck Dowdle throughout the show, and they put more focus into breaking down specific plays. The end of the show does have a nice recap of all the scoring plays.
I say it's a huge upgrade from years past. If you missed it, you can tune in to FSS tonight at 7:30. I'm sure the show comes on CSS at some point during the week as well. If you saw it, what did you think?
