Israel Troupe already moved to Athens, and it now looks like he will be staying there. The two sport star was drafted in Major League Baseball's 31st round. Troupe said he would stay at Georgia unless he was drafted high in the baseball draft. I think it's safe to say now he'll be in Athens on Saturdays come this fall.Image from Rivals.com
In other freshman news, the AJC has a story up on Rennie Curran. The story focuses on Curran being doubted because he's small, he's 5'11", 200 pounds. Ha, that is huge to me...Apparently this kid is extremely cut though. Sounds like a Ben Watson type maybe. Anyway, he'll probably compete for playing time at linebacker, considering we lost all three starters.Image from AJC.com
