This is the third time Knowshon has been named SEC Freshman of the Week. Not to mention the fact that he's also been named SEC Offensive Player of the Week once as well. Can we just go ahead and give him SEC Freshman of the Year?
No doubt. Can't say enough about how great Knowshon has been.
And totally unrelated... did anyone happen to watch the start of the Cowboys/Eagles game Sunday night? You know when the players introduce themselves and state what college they're from? Reggie Brown was the only person who did not name his college and instead referenced his high school.
I know Laveranues Coles does that because he has beef with Florida State after the whole theft fiasco he got into with Peter Warrick. But does Brown have any sort of beef with UGA I haven't heard about? Just wondered when I saw that...
Duane - I didn't catch the game, but I know that has been a trend for players to do that. Hines Ward actually did it during the Super Bowl a few years back. So, I don't think he has any beef with Georgia. It's just something different to do.
Reggie has named his high school/home town at every game this year. I've seen former players switch it up, but Reggie's left out Georgia all year. Strange. I hope he doesn't have beef with UGA. The only reason I watch the Eagles is to see him play and the common denominator is that we both went to Georgia.
